Flying Piggy Privacy Policy

Flying Piggy is developed and published by Gateway to Dreams LLC, also operating as GTD Studios.

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you download, access, or play Flying Piggy.

1. Scope and Intended Audience

Flying Piggy is a general-audience, family-friendly arcade game. It is not designed or marketed specifically to children under 13.

Flying Piggy does not require users to create a player account or public profile.

2. Information Flying Piggy Does Not Directly Request

Flying Piggy does not directly ask users to provide:

  • A name
  • An email address
  • A phone number
  • A home address
  • A birth date
  • A precise GPS location
  • Contacts
  • Photos or videos
  • Payment-card information
  • Messages or chat communications
  • Public user-generated content

Flying Piggy does not currently offer player accounts, chat, public profiles, or direct messaging.

Certain third-party services used by the application may automatically process limited device, advertising, interaction, performance, or diagnostic information as explained below.

3. Game Progress and Local Information

Flying Piggy may store game information locally on the user’s device, including:

  • High scores
  • Recent scores
  • Piggy Coin totals
  • Fruit and Golden Fruit totals
  • Completed missions
  • Gameplay progress
  • Unlocked worlds or levels
  • Unlocked skins, jetpacks, and power-ups
  • Equipped skins and jetpacks
  • In-app purchase status
  • Advertising frequency or rewarded-ad status
  • Sound and music preferences
  • Tutorial completion
  • Settings and privacy preferences

This information is used to operate the game, remember progress, restore settings, and provide unlocked content.

Locally stored game information is generally removed when the application is deleted, unless it remains within a backup controlled by the user, Apple, or the user’s device provider.

4. Advertising

Flying Piggy may display advertisements through Google Mobile Ads, including optional rewarded advertisements.

A rewarded advertisement may allow a player to voluntarily watch an advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit, such as one additional chance to continue a run. Rewards are provided only after the required advertisement event has been completed.

Depending on the device, region, privacy choices, consent status, advertising configuration, and applicable law, Google Mobile Ads may process information such as:

  • Internet Protocol address, which may be used to estimate a general location
  • Device or application identifiers
  • Advertising identifiers when legally permitted
  • Advertisements displayed or interacted with
  • Advertisement impressions and video views
  • Application launches and user interactions
  • Crash information
  • Performance and diagnostic information
  • Fraud-prevention and security information

This information may be used to:

  • Display advertisements
  • Provide personalized or non-personalized advertisements, where permitted
  • Measure advertising performance
  • Limit how frequently advertisements appear
  • Detect fraud and invalid advertising activity
  • Diagnose technical problems
  • Improve advertising and application performance

Flying Piggy intends to limit advertisements to Google’s General maximum ad-content rating.

Advertising configurations and privacy choices may vary based on the user’s region, age treatment, consent choices, device settings, and applicable law.

5. Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices

Where required, Flying Piggy may present an advertising privacy or consent message using Google’s User Messaging Platform.

Available choices may include personalized advertising, non-personalized advertising, limited advertising, or other privacy options depending on the user’s region and applicable law.

A Privacy Options entry may appear in the Flying Piggy Settings screen when Google’s consent system determines that privacy options must be made available.

Users may also manage applicable privacy, advertising, and tracking settings through their device settings.

6. App Tracking Transparency

Flying Piggy will not access Apple’s advertising identifier for cross-application or cross-website tracking unless the application displays Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission request and the user grants permission.

Declining tracking permission does not prevent the user from playing Flying Piggy.

Advertisements may still be displayed using non-personalized, contextual, limited, or otherwise permitted advertising methods.

Flying Piggy is not designed, marketed, or directed specifically or primarily to children under 13, and it is not submitted under Apple’s Kids Category.

7. Children and Teen Privacy

Flying Piggy is not designed or marketed specifically to children under 13.

The game does not ask children or other users to submit names, email addresses, birth dates, photos, messages, account information, or personal profiles.

Flying Piggy may apply child, teen, age-restricted, non-personalized, or limited advertising treatment when required by applicable law, device information, consent information, or advertising-provider settings.

Parents or guardians who believe a child has voluntarily submitted personal information through a support request or advertisement report may contact Gateway to Dreams LLC to request review or deletion.

8. In-App Purchases

Flying Piggy may offer optional in-app purchases, including:

  • Piggy Coin packages
  • Power-up packages
  • Cosmetic packages
  • Skins
  • Jetpacks
  • Gameplay bundles
  • An advertisement-removal purchase
  • Other optional digital content

Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store payment system.

Gateway to Dreams LLC does not receive or store the user’s complete credit-card or debit-card number. Payment processing, purchase authorization, billing, refunds, and applicable transaction records are handled by Apple according to Apple’s own terms and privacy practices.

Flying Piggy may locally store purchase entitlements or receive purchase-validation information needed to provide purchased content and restore eligible purchases.

9. Score Sharing

Flying Piggy may allow users to create and share a score image containing information such as:

  • The Flying Piggy title or branding
  • The player’s score
  • The equipped Flying Piggy skin
  • The equipped jetpack
  • A high-score message
  • A challenge message

The score image is generated by the application.

Flying Piggy does not automatically post the image publicly. The user decides whether to share it and chooses the receiving application or service through Apple’s system share interface.

Once information is shared with another application, website, social-media service, messaging service, or recipient, that third party’s privacy practices apply.

10. External Links and Branded Content

Flying Piggy may contain clearly identified links or branded cards that open external destinations, including:

  • The official GTD Studios website
  • Flying Piggy information or support pages
  • GTD Studios products or services
  • Amazon book or author pages
  • Privacy-policy pages
  • Other official Gateway to Dreams LLC content

External links may open in a browser or another installed application.

Gateway to Dreams LLC is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, availability, or data practices of independent third-party websites or services.

Users should review the privacy policies and terms of any external destination they visit.

11. Reporting an Advertisement

When advertising is enabled, Flying Piggy provides or may provide a Report an Ad option in Settings.

An advertisement report may include:

  • The reason for the report
  • The advertisement format
  • An advertising response identifier
  • The Flying Piggy application version
  • The device operating-system version
  • The approximate date and time of the advertisement
  • Additional comments voluntarily provided by the user

This information is used to investigate the advertisement, identify it through the advertising provider’s review tools, respond to the report, and take appropriate action.

Users should not include unnecessary personal information in an advertisement report.

12. Third-Party Services

Flying Piggy may use the following third-party services:

  • Google Mobile Ads
  • Google User Messaging Platform
  • Apple App Store and StoreKit
  • Apple system sharing services

Information processed by these providers is governed by their respective privacy policies, terms, consent settings, and data-retention practices.

Gateway to Dreams LLC does not control every aspect of an independent third party’s processing, security, or retention practices.

Additional service providers may be added in future versions. This Privacy Policy will be updated when material changes occur.

13. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored game information remains on the device until it is:

  • Reset through an available game setting
  • Overwritten through continued gameplay
  • Removed by deleting the application
  • Restored or retained through a device backup

Gateway to Dreams LLC does not currently maintain a separate player-account database containing public player profiles.

Support requests, privacy requests, and advertisement reports may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Respond to the request
  • Investigate an issue
  • Prevent abuse or fraud
  • Maintain appropriate business records
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Resolve disputes

Users may request deletion of personal information they voluntarily submitted through a support request or advertisement report.

Deleting the application may not automatically delete information independently processed by Apple, Google, Amazon, a social-media platform, or another third-party service.

14. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

Gateway to Dreams LLC does not sell personal information directly in exchange for money.

Advertising providers may process or disclose limited device, advertising, interaction, and diagnostic information to provide, measure, secure, or personalize advertising.

Where applicable law defines certain advertising disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising, available choices may be provided through the Privacy Options screen, consent message, device settings, or applicable provider controls.

15. Security

Gateway to Dreams LLC uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information under its control.

No electronic transmission, application, advertising system, storage system, or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

16. International Processing

Advertising, purchasing, support, or diagnostic information may be processed in countries other than the country where the user lives.

Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between countries.

Third-party providers are responsible for their independent international-processing practices and safeguards.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when Flying Piggy’s features, advertising providers, purchasing options, privacy controls, third-party services, or legal requirements change.

The effective date at the top of this Privacy Policy will be updated when material changes are made.

Users should review this page periodically for updates.
