Flying Piggy Privacy Policy
Flying Piggy Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 8, 2026
Flying Piggy is developed and published by Gateway to Dreams LLC, also operating as GTD Studios.
This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you download, access, or play Flying Piggy.
1. Scope and Intended Audience
Flying Piggy is a general-audience, family-friendly arcade game. It is not designed or marketed specifically to children under 13.
Flying Piggy does not require users to create a separate Flying Piggy account.
The game does not provide in-app chat or direct messaging.
Users may optionally use Apple Game Center features, including leaderboards, through their Apple/Game Center account.
2. Information Flying Piggy Does Not Directly Request
Flying Piggy does not directly ask users to provide:
- A name
- An email address
- A phone number
- A home address
- A birth date
- A precise GPS location
- Contacts
- Photos or videos
- Payment-card information
- Messages or chat communications
- Public user-generated content
Flying Piggy does not maintain its own player-account system.
Certain third-party services used by the application may automatically process limited device, advertising, interaction, performance, diagnostic, analytics, purchasing, or Game Center information as described below.
3. Game Progress and Local Information
Flying Piggy may store game information locally on the user's device, including:
- High scores
- Recent scores
- Piggy Coin totals
- Fruit and Golden Fruit totals
- Completed missions
- Gameplay progress
- Unlocked worlds or levels
- Unlocked skins, jetpacks, and power-ups
- Equipped skins and jetpacks
- In-app purchase status
- Advertising frequency or rewarded-ad status
- Sound and music preferences
- Tutorial completion
- Settings and privacy preferences
- Game Center-related display preferences
- An optional manually selected country flag
This information is used to operate the game, remember progress, restore settings, provide unlocked content, and maintain gameplay preferences.
The optional country flag is selected manually by the player. Flying Piggy does not automatically infer a player's country flag from GPS location, IP address, or other location information.
Locally stored game information is generally removed when the application is deleted, unless it remains within a backup controlled by the user, Apple, or the user's device provider.
4. Analytics
Flying Piggy uses TelemetryDeck to understand how the game is used, identify technical problems, measure feature performance, evaluate updates, and improve the game.
TelemetryDeck may process privacy-focused analytics information such as:
- An anonymized identifier associated with an app installation
- Application launches
- Gameplay or feature interactions
- Gameplay session events
- Advertising lifecycle or reward events
- Purchase-flow status events
- Technical recovery or diagnostic events
- App version and build number
- Operating-system version
- Device model or device type
- Whether a build was installed through the App Store or TestFlight
- A timestamp associated with an analytics event
- Other limited event metadata defined by Flying Piggy
Flying Piggy uses analytics to understand matters such as application usage, feature performance, advertising reliability, gameplay behavior, technical failures, and differences between application versions or builds.
The Flying Piggy application is configured not to intentionally transmit names, email addresses, precise GPS locations, contacts, payment-card information, message content, or a separate raw persistent installation UUID to TelemetryDeck.
TelemetryDeck states that identifiers used by its analytics system are anonymized before transmission and are not designed to identify an individual.
TelemetryDeck also states that it does not store users' IP addresses as part of its analytics data and does not use cookies or conventional cross-app advertising tracking technologies for this analytics service.
TelemetryDeck analytics are not used by Flying Piggy to serve targeted advertisements to users.
5. Advertising
Flying Piggy may display advertisements through Google Mobile Ads / Google AdMob, including interstitial advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements.
A rewarded advertisement may allow a player to voluntarily watch an advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit, such as coins, a gameplay reward, a power-up, or an additional opportunity to continue a run.
Rewards are provided only after the required advertisement event has been completed.
Depending on the device, region, privacy choices, consent status, advertising configuration, and applicable law, Google Mobile Ads may process information such as:
- Internet Protocol address, which may be used to estimate a general or coarse location
- Device or application identifiers
- Advertising identifiers when legally permitted
- Advertisements displayed or interacted with
- Advertisement impressions
- Advertisement or video views
- Application launches
- Product and user interactions
- Crash information
- Performance information
- Diagnostic information
- Fraud-prevention and security information
This information may be used to:
- Display third-party advertisements
- Provide personalized or non-personalized advertisements where permitted
- Measure advertising performance
- Perform advertising analytics
- Limit how frequently advertisements appear
- Detect fraud or invalid advertising activity
- Diagnose technical problems
- Improve advertising performance
- Improve application performance
Google states that crash logs collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK are non-user-related crash logs used to diagnose problems and improve the SDK. Diagnostic information may also be used for advertising and analytics purposes.
Google also states that performance information may be user-associated and that device identifiers, advertising information, and product interactions may be used for advertising or analytics purposes.
Flying Piggy intends to limit advertisements to Google's General maximum ad-content rating.
Advertising configurations and privacy choices may vary based on the user's region, consent choices, device settings, age treatment, applicable law, and advertising-provider requirements.
6. Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices
Where required, Flying Piggy may present an advertising privacy or consent message using Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).
Available choices may include personalized advertising, non-personalized advertising, limited advertising, consent choices, or other privacy options depending on the user's region and applicable law.
A Privacy Options entry may appear within Flying Piggy when Google's consent system determines that privacy choices must be made available.
Users may also manage applicable privacy, advertising, and tracking settings through their Apple device settings.
Privacy choices may affect the type of advertising shown but do not prevent the user from playing the game.
7. App Tracking Transparency
Flying Piggy will not access Apple's advertising identifier for cross-application or cross-website tracking unless the application displays Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission request and the user grants permission.
Declining tracking permission does not prevent the user from playing Flying Piggy.
Advertisements may still be displayed using non-personalized, contextual, limited, or otherwise permitted advertising methods.
Some advertising information may qualify as tracking under Apple's App Privacy definitions when information from Flying Piggy is linked with information from apps, websites, or services owned by other companies for targeted advertising or advertising measurement.
Flying Piggy's App Store privacy disclosures are intended to reflect the potential production behavior of the advertising SDK, including circumstances in which tracking is legally permitted and authorized.
8. Apple Game Center and Leaderboards
Flying Piggy may integrate with Apple Game Center.
Game Center participation is optional and is governed by the user's Apple account, Game Center settings, and Apple's privacy practices.
When Game Center is enabled, Flying Piggy may access information made available through Apple's Game Center services as necessary to provide leaderboard functionality. This may include information such as:
- Game Center player identifier
- Game Center display name
- Game Center player avatar or profile image
- Leaderboard score
- Leaderboard rank
- Leaderboard information
- Friends-related leaderboard information where made available by Apple
Flying Piggy may submit a player's eligible high score to the Flying Piggy Game Center leaderboard.
Leaderboard information may be visible to other Game Center users according to Apple's Game Center functionality and the user's Apple/Game Center privacy settings.
Flying Piggy may provide Global and Friends leaderboard views.
Flying Piggy may also allow a player to manually select an optional country flag for display beside the player's leaderboard entry within Flying Piggy.
The country flag is:
- Chosen manually by the player
- Optional
- Not automatically inferred
- Not determined from GPS location
- Not determined from the player's IP address
Players may choose a No Country Flag option.
Game Center services are operated by Apple. Apple's privacy practices apply to information independently collected or processed by Game Center.
Apple describes Game Center leaderboards as displaying scores from Game Center users who play an application.
9. Children and Teen Privacy
Flying Piggy is not designed or marketed specifically to children under 13 and is not submitted under Apple's Kids Category.
The game does not ask children or other users to submit names, email addresses, birth dates, photos, messages, account information, or personal profiles directly to Gateway to Dreams LLC as a condition of gameplay.
Flying Piggy may apply child, teen, age-restricted, non-personalized, limited-advertising, or other privacy treatment when required by applicable law, device information, consent information, Apple requirements, or advertising-provider settings.
Parents or guardians who believe a child has voluntarily submitted personal information through a support request or advertisement report may contact Gateway to Dreams LLC to request review or deletion.

Flying Piggy may offer optional in-app purchases, including:
- Piggy Coin packages
- Power-up packages
- Cosmetic packages

Payment processing, purchase authorization, billing, refunds, and applicable transaction records are handled by Apple according to Apple's terms and privacy practices.
Flying Piggy may store purchase entitlements locally or receive transaction or purchase-validation information needed to:
- Deliver purchased content
- Verify purchases
- Prevent duplicate entitlement delivery
- Restore eligible non-consumable purchases
- Maintain purchased features after relaunch
Consumable purchases may be purchased multiple times where permitted.
Restoring an eligible non-consumable purchase restores its applicable entitlement. A restoration does not necessarily grant consumable bonuses or initial-purchase rewards again.
11. Score Sharing
Flying Piggy may allow users to create and share a score image containing information such as:
- Flying Piggy branding
- The player's score
- The equipped Flying Piggy skin
- The equipped jetpack
- A high-score message
- A challenge message
The score image is generated by the application.
Flying Piggy does not automatically publish the image.
The user decides whether to share it and chooses the receiving application, service, or person through Apple's system share interface.
Once information is voluntarily shared with another application, website, social-media service, messaging service, or recipient, that third party's privacy practices apply.

Gateway to Dreams LLC does not control every aspect of an independent third party's processing, security, or retention practices.
Additional service providers may be added in future versions. This Privacy Policy will be updated when material changes occur.
15. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored game information remains on the device until it is:
- Reset through an available game setting
