Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds for Digital Products
All digital product sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If you experience an issue accessing or using your file, please contact us — we’re happy to help.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Digital downloads
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (e.g. personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
